We are looking for a self-starter generalist who is eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Support and improve company operations, taking ownership of processes and helping the team operate more efficiently as we scale.
Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including handling visas, accommodations, and logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team.
Manage personal errands, appointments, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless personal and professional commitments.
Maintain records, organize files, and securely handle NDAs, contracts, and other official documents.
Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations
Organize team off-sites, retreats, and company events, including managing logistics and budgets.
Leverage AI tools to optimize scheduling, communication, and workflow management.
Stay updated on productivity and AI tools, integrating them to enhance efficiency.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to facilitate meaningful connections, while planning and coordinating meetings at business events for optimal scheduling and efficiency.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar role.
Hands-on experience planning travel, managing schedules, and coordinating events.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, task management tools).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent level of spoken and written English
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Highly proactive, responsible, and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with care.
