About the Role:

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead to help us discover and build EVE’s go-to-market engine from first principles.
This is not a role where you execute a predefined playbook. Your job is to find what works, narrow the ICP, design experiments, and turn early traction into repeatable growth.
You will work directly with the founder and have real ownership over positioning, PLG motion, and early distribution.

What You’ll Do

ICP & Positioning

  • Identify and validate the narrow ICP where EVE creates immediate, obvious value

  • Help answer: who feels pain instantly, converts fastest, churns least, and is willing to talk about it

  • Translate product capabilities into sharp, pain-driven messaging

Product-Led Growth & Experimentation

  • Design and run GTM experiments across PLG, inbound, outbound, and hybrid motions

  • Define activation metrics, “aha” moments, and qualification signals

  • Work closely with product to shape features that reinforce virality and adoption

Word-of-Mouth & Viral Loops

  • Design growth loops that are native to the product (invites, sharing, collaboration, visibility)

  • Explore social and network-driven distribution (founders, operators, communities)

  • Turn early user wins into stories others want to share

PLG + Sales Hybrid Motion

  • Help define when users should stay self-serve vs. when sales should engage

  • Collaborate on qualification frameworks and inbound triage

  • Optimize for qualified usage, not vanity signups

Who You Are

  • You’ve built or scaled product-led or hybrid GTM motions in B2B SaaS before

  • Strong experience with acquisition and distribution across multiple channels (content, organic, email outreach, LinkedIn, partnerships)

  • You’re comfortable operating without a fixed roadmap or clear answers

  • You think in experiments, loops, and incentives — not just channels

  • You understand SMBs, founders, and operators (especially those using email + HubSpot imperfectly)

  • You’re opinionated, data-driven, and willing to be wrong fast

  • You can zoom out on strategy and zoom in to execution without friction

Bonus points if you’ve:

  • Built word-of-mouth or community-driven growth

  • Helped narrow a broad product into a sharp ICP wedge

  • Operated at early stage (pre-PMF or early PMF)

What Success Looks Like

In the first 3–6 months, success means:

  • We clearly know who EVE is for (and who it’s not)

  • We see consistent activation and repeat usage from a focused segment

  • One or two GTM motions clearly outperform others

  • Early users start talking about EVE without being pushed

  • Product and GTM reinforce each other instead of pulling in different directions
