About the Role
Lead EVE’s go-to-market experimentation engine. Own demand generation, growth loops, and conversion optimization to support founder-led growth — and then scale it into a repeatable, multi-channel acquisition model. We’re looking for a driven individual contributor with the potential to grow into a CMO role over time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Experimentation
Build, test, and scale growth experiments across multiple channels (LinkedIn & email outreach, guerrilla marketing, Product Hunt, SEO & GEO, product partnerships, founder communities).
Translate user behavior and pilot feedback into actionable funnel optimizations.
Manage lifecycle campaigns (activation, retention, referrals) for SMB users.
2. Content & Founder-Led Growth Amplification
Support and scale the founder’s thought-leadership content into demand generation assets (short-form videos, carousels, articles, webinars).
Drive organic reach in SMB, founder, and service business communities.
Turn sources like Reddit and Quora into consistent lead generation channels
Launch own media channels - email newsletter and podcast for SMB owners, etc
3. Community, Partnerships, and Virality
Build partnerships with adjacent products targeting the same audience
Experiment with viral content on social media - Instagram, Tiktok
Design and optimize viral loops (e.g., “Sent by EVE” signature)
Experiment with referral campaigns
4. Data & Conversion Optimization
Own funnel analytics (traffic → demo → trial → paid).
Set up and refine attribution, event tracking, and lead scoring in Posthog / HubSpot / etc
Constantly measure LTV/CAC, activation rates, and retention across customer cohorts.
5. Product-Led Growth (PLG) Support
Collaborate with the product marketing team on in-app onboarding, referral prompts, and activation triggers.
Identify drop-off points in the user journey and design growth experiments to fix them.
Requirements:
5+ years in B2B SaaS companies in growth-related roles with measurable achievements
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution — from ad copy to analytics dashboards.
Growth experimentation (A/B testing, lifecycle email, LinkedIn ads, community growth).
Familiar with CRM-less or low-touch SMB funnels.
Exceptional copywriting — empathetic to non-tech-savvy users.
Strong understanding of founder-brand amplification.
Bonus: experience with SMB-focused AI products
