EVE is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You’ll experiment with innovative techniques across a broad variety of channels, while building and nurturing our user community through online and offline events. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, run viral campaigns, and optimize conversion funnels to drive measurable growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, that are in line with company's strategic goals.
  • Analyze user behavior and data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering people serving as a conduit between customers, and product development.
  • Utilize various growth hacking techniques such as social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), content marketing, guerilla marketing, email marketing, and SEO to expand our reach.
  • Start and grow our user community as one of important growth channels, and conduct online and potentially offline events to expand it further.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and refine growth strategies based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in digital marketing and growth hacking.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a growth role within a startup environment, with measurable results and achievements.
  • Experience in planning and launching viral campaigns with a creative approach and minimum budgets.
  • Experience in using innovative techniques on social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to acquire customers for software products.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of user behavior and experience with conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
  • Experience with successful promotion of productivity tools would be an advantage.
  • Experience with online & offline event organization would be an advantage.
  • Experience with community building would be an advantage.
